Selected Recent Grants


In 2013 I received a Minnesota State Arts Board grant to help finance an artist in residence opportunity in Iceland.

 

In 2011 I received a Southwest Minnesota Arts and Humanities Council Career Artist Grant to help finance a solo exhibition of my work from Greenland.

 

In 2009 I received a Southwest Minnesota Arts and Humanities Council Career Artist Grant to help finance my June 2010 Upernavik Museum Artist in Residence travel.

 

In 2008 and 2006 I received Southwest Minnesota State University Professional Improvement Grants for creative research.  These grants helped finance plein air painting trips to the four corners region of Utah, New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado; a landscape I have been studying for over fifteen years.
